6. Hypothyroidism
The thyroid is a small gland at the base of your neck. This organ serves to control and regulate the body's metabolism speeds the body convert food into energy. When the gland is not functioning properly andmetabolic functions in the body is slow, you may feel weak and grow fat.




7. Most drank caffeine
Consuming caffeine in normal doses can increase alertness and concentration. However, too much caffeinecan increase heart rate, blood pressure, and seizures. Based on research, consuming too much caffeine canalso cause fatigue in some people.


8. Urinary Tract Infection
If you've ever experienced a urinary tract infection (UTI), you may experience a burning pain. However, these infections do not always indicated by the symptoms. In some cases, fatigue may be the only sign you get UTI.You can do a urine test to confirm UTI.


9. Diabetes
People with diabetes generally have high blood sugar levels, but this blood sugar stays in the bloodstreamand not into the cells can not be changed into energy. As a result, the body can run out of energy even if you choke up a meal. If you often suffer from fatigue for no reason, ask your doctor to test for diabetes.


10. Dehydration
Fatigue can be a sign you are subject to dehydration. Even if you work outside or dwell on the table, the body still needs water to work well and remain calm. The signs of dehydration is that you experience thirst.
