Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), in cooperation Earth System Science Partnership (ESSP) to learn about it and produce Climate Change Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS).
Based on the results of the study, tropical countries, including countries in South Asia and Africa threatened by starvation due to crop failure. In fact, hundreds of millions of citizens of that country are now experiencing food crisis.

CCAFS based on climatic data Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) United Nations which shows a map of countries that suffered the worst impacts.
"We will pay more attention to climate change impacts on agriculture," said agricultural economist Patti Kristjanson of CCAFS.
In addition, he acknowledged that climate change could increase the risk of hunger and poverty. To avoid starvation, the farmers have to replace plants that do not need too much water, including maize that need less water than rice.
But in countries like Burkina Faso, Nigeria and Mali are already experiencing food crisis, clearly require the agricultural revolution in order to save his people from famine.
